Mastertech.ai helps to build estimates using your shop history and Mastertech Shop Connect data, providing the full parts list, part numbers and labor times breakdown for every job.

• When no matching job history exists, we automatically extract the required parts from the relevant OEM R&R procedures.

• Parts and labor recommendations are currently supported for Protractor and Shop-Ware, with additional shop management systems coming soon.

AI-mapped canned jobs in Protractor

• Mastertech.ai now detects whether any overdue services it identifies are already included on the current repair order or listed as deferred work.

• For services not yet on the ticket, you can now add the AI-mapped canned job directly from Mastertech.ai for quick, accurate estimating.

Shop-Ware detailed findings in vehicle notes

Shop-Ware shops can now see itemized overdue service findings directly in repair order notes, delivered automatically for every repair order.

Advanced settings for customizing maintenance intervals

You can now choose to use the Severe OEM schedule instead of the Normal Maintenance Schedule for overdue service findings. Additionally, you can customize the mileage threshold that determines when a service is considered “due soon.”

Search vehicles by VIN or repair order

You can now quickly find vehicles in your shop’s Mastertech account using either the VIN or the repair order number.
